Bratt Pans are commonly found in commercial kitchens, and due to the large volume of liquid that will be directly dischardged into a channel drain; Component Developments specifically designed the 3010-500 system which could meet these hydraulic requirments.
Various options are available to adapt the standard design including channel designs to suit a vinyl floor finish, larger hydraulic requirements, heavy duty gratings and side outlet gullies.
