The Park Chinois is an ambition restaurant located on Berkeley Street, which offers an all-round dining experience. This includes a focus on music in the form of piano, string quartets and light evening jazz.
Park Chinois is owed by Alan Yao; who originally opened Wagamama. Having provided products to Alan Yao’s restaurants for more than a decade, Component Developments was specified to supply stainless steel drainage channels and gullies throughout both the ground floor and basement kitchen areas of the restaurant.
On the ground floor kitchen area, a total of 20 stainless steel 3010 channel drains and 5200 gullies were fitted, each with anti-slip gratings. On the basement floor, a further 2 channel drains and 15 large gully pots were fitted. All gullies installed included removable stainless steel odour traps and waste baskets placed inside which allow for easy access.
Working closely for over a year with the kitchen design team and on-site contractors, Component Developments was able to make sure the plumbing and floor tiles tied together nicely; giving the best possible drainage solution both pratically and visually.
Component Developments has 30 years of experience supplying hygienic stainless steel drainage solutions for some of the most prestigious commercial kitchens throughout the UK.
Component Developments designed a stainless steel floor drainage solution specially for places where hygiene and durability are paramount such as the Food and Drink industry.
