Cha Cha No Hana
28/06/07
After the astounding success of previous ventures, we can only expect success for Alan Yau’s new enterprise Cha Cha No Hana. He has provided chi chi Chinese at Hakkasan, delicious dim sum at Yauatcha and yummy Yaki Soba at Wagamama and now promises a top-quality Japanese Restaurant in St James\\\'s for 2007. Cha Cha is based on the traditional Japanese Izakaya concept, with diners sitting on mats at low tables.

Component Developments have supplied the restaurant with over 9 metres of our type 3000 drainage channel with anti-slip grating. All of the drainage systems include our 5000 series trapped gullies complete with waste basket, odour trap and 110mm diameter outlet spigot.

The restaurant, situated on St. Jame’s Street, has already been dubbed ‘one of the coolest places to be seen’ and rumour has it Yau is to continue his success with a Spanish tapas bar in Battersea.
