As one the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, Pfizer endeavours to discover, develop, and manufacture market leading prescription medicines for humans and animals, as well as many of the worlds best known consumer brands. Its’ Sandwich plant in Kent is the European Headquarters for Research and Development, and the main site for Global Manufacturing. Pfizer has recently occupied a brand new building that has won an ‘excellent’ rating under the BREEAM scheme, which is the worlds most widely used means of reviewing and improving the environmental performance of office buildings.
For the Kent plant, Component Developments supplied a series 3600 compact channel suit. The compact channel series provides a cost effective easy to clean system which ensures a free flow of liquid waste, they do not require gratings or a built in fall, though due limited access, in comparison to the 3000 series channel, the compact channel should be used for the conveyance of liquids, not water-borne solids.
All of our products can be fitted with a clamp suitable for vinyl floors, ensuring that the floor finish is securely fastened, protecting both the life of the floor, and the safety of those using it.
