Everything at the Tom Aitkens Restaurant has been praised, from the politeness of the staff, the layout, the decor, that ambiance, and of coarse, the food. In ‘Restaurant Magazine’ there has recently been a list of the best fifty restaurants anywhere on the planet, eleven of which are eateries in London, more than any other city. At number eight is Tom Aitkens.
Component Developments supplied the kitchen area with stainless steel drainage channels and Anti-slip gratings. Stainless steel has been described as ‘essential’ in food production and preparation areas due to its hygienic properties and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Anti-slip gratings are predominately used in kitchens and manufacturing areas due to the safety aspects of their design. Our 3000 and 6000 series drainage channels are generally supplied with our 5000 series trapped gully, which includes an odour trap, waste basket, 110mm diameter outlet spigot, and in some models and rodding port.
